sir, can i order another kit from you?, tda8950 or higher wattage than tda8920? i'm using a bi-amp front speakers for my home theater and lacking amplifier for the subs. 1st, 2-channel using tda8920 drive L-speakers and 2nd 2-channel tda8920 drive the R-speakers all galing sayo. i used tda2005s for the surrounds.  i wish tda8950 to drive the subs.

if possible, pls. pm me the price.

thanks,

testing the latest version of the E-lab D-amp, a 150 watt per channel version...lower psu voltage was used this time....

this one will be housed in a "flaming red" chassis as requested.....

Thanks sir! how bout yung mga typical 50w class AB? I'm considering idle power consumption kasi for my 5ch HT amplifier...

O  planning to construct a 5.1 ch amp?   Mayroon mga IC integrated 5.1 ch amp na class AB,  D, T  in compact single pcb.

In the DR100W, mayroon itong features na Shutdown mode which lessen the power consumption, it needs to be contorlled by MCU  or a simple logic switch.

Meron nako sir na 7.1 receiver, ang problem ko lang ay 5channels lang ang ginagamit ko so sayang yung idle power nung dalawa... at masyadong mainit yung receiver even on idle, so tingin ko malakas siya sa kuryente...

I tried to lower the bias setting, hindi na masyadong mainit pero medyo pumangit yung treble, i'm also after sound quality eh...

@Sir Dandy is that okay to replace my tda8920 kit(first kit) to tda8950. My problematic PA admitted already sir noth1ng's Operating Room, I send last week of March.

@Sir noth1ng and @Sir Tony can I visit your lab this weekend or any day during weekdays you are available. I'll be in Manila tomorrow for a 15 days mechatronics training in UP-Diliman.

P.S.
Sir Tony I'll buy power supply for this toy (tranfo)
Sir noth1ng I"ll buy one SMPS

efficiency of classAb is about 64~70% so a 50watt amp consumes about 72 watts at full blast...
