  This ckt is intended for amps with V+ and V- supply.    Yung V+ sa clip,signal and indicator circuit sa V+ supply ng amp mo iconnect yung out dun mo iconnect sa output ng amp at ground sa ground connection ng amp.  Na try ko na to at ok cya.

anu po ba ibig sabihin kung iilaw ang signal led at hindi iilaw?

 Yung signal led iilaw talaga yan if the if there is enough output signal and turns off if output signal is low, so kapag di umiilaw yung led kahit na increased na yung volume it means walang signal sa output.  You also can try finding the clipping point of your amp by increasing the volume  the amp hangang umilaw yung clip indicator para malaman mo kung gaano kalakas yung amp.   I alrady tried this in my amps.

   Yung voltage sa output signal sir.    Kapag yung output signal is equal to reference voltage(yung V+) umiilaw yung clip led at maximum na yung output voltage
