much higher po ba ang capacity nung mga dc-dc converters na gumagamit ng schottky diode at inductors? gamit po kasi namen ung switch capacitors lang kasi simple lang po circuit.

switched capacitor? or charge pump? ang alam ko kasing switched capacitor circuits yung emulation ng resistor at inductor sa IC.

basically, mas malaki kaya ng SMPS (DC-DC Converters). just imagine na 2nd order ang filter mo, inductor holds the current, capacitor holds the voltage. ;)

ok cguro ang charge-pump/voltage doubler kung powering op-amps(low current)??

ok na rin ang charge pump kung very low power (low current) lang ang circuit..
pwede sya sa maliliit na circuit, kasi pwedeng gumamit ng mga smd components..
pero meron na rin mga smd type inductor, kaya possible na rin ang miniaturized smps (inductor type)..
tapos pwede pang i-coupled yung inductor para makagawa ng isolated supply..

normal ding nagagamit ang charge pumps pang-hold ng charge sa mga Bootstrap Capacitor. ;D
