nasagot na yung ft sa taas. yun yung point na hindi na nag-act as gain device yung transistor. design point of view, dapat mataas siya compared to working frequency, bago pa kasi umabot ng ft, pababa na yung gain.

hmmm. actually yung hfe case sensitive nga yan e.
let's see, kung tama ang pagkakaintindi ko, ganito siya.

hfe and hFE applies to ac characteristics while beta applies to dc characteristics.

hfe - applies to the small signal region
(that small signal region na pwede mong imodel yung transistor as linear dahil wala masyadong pagbabago sa characteristics ng transistor)
hFE - applies to the large signal conditions
(ito na yung madalas iconsider kung gagamitin mo yung transistor as a switch, yung during full on and full off regions)
beta - static DC current gain
(self explanatory, and yes, beta = hFE)
