Author Topic: Unable to boot windows xp (BSOD and restart loop) (Read 1060 times)

Mga sis pa help naman ako. I'm not so good in repairing a CPU. It occured just last night. The problem goes this way. Everytime I startup my computer, first, it loads the start up screen, then, the black screen (I don't know how you call it) but after that it prompts me to boot on SAFE MODE, SAFE MODE with networking, SAFE MODE with command prompt, Last known good configuration and Start windows normally. I chose start windows normally then it showed up the windows XP logo for ONLY half of a second then BSOD showed up like 0.2 second making it not so readable then it restarted. The cycle goes on and on. Kahit na piliin ko pa yung safe mode or other choices it still does the same thing it, keeps on rebooting. I disabled also the auto restart when the blue screen appears but it doesn't specifically states the problem. Sabi lang daw eh possible hardware or software changes might caused the problem.

What I suspect the problem might caused is improper computer shutdown. Ginagamit kasi ito ng mga pinsan ko at hindi nila ito inooff ng maayos. Minsan after nila gumamit, they click shutdown then nagloload pa lang yung shutdown eh bigla na nila inooff yung extension socket. Yung nangyari lately na nagpasira na yata is yung isa kong pinsan nung tanghali nagamit niya pa at nakapag facebook pa raw sila, pagkatapos gumamit ay pinatay na yung computer (completely off na) ngunit pinindot pa ulit yung cpu power button tapus inoff yung extension socket (akala daw kasi niya kapag namatay na yung computer kelangan pa pindutin ulit ung power button parang gumagamit ng tv at remote, pag inoff mo siya sa remote nakailaw pa yung tv kaya inooff pa ulit yung power button para mawala yung ilaw and unplug from the socket).

I can't reformat it right away kasi marami akong files doon na walang backup.

Kung naranasan niyo na ito at nasolusyonan niyo kindly tell me. I can't live without a computer. Medyo mabigat yung 500 para sa pacheckup lng ng PC

Currently nagbabasa ako on how to troubleshoot it. Ang nabasa ko kani kanina lang ay RAM problem daw. Habang naghihintay ako ng tulong niyo mag sesearch na lng muna ako.

Kung nandito si sis ultra malamang irecommend sa iyo ang kanyang impakta utility tool yung hi ren with winxp. Yun lang baka solve na lahat problem mo kung software related lang yan.

scandisk mo muna sir sa dos mode if posiblle. kung nd sa ibang pc mo sya iScandisk.

edit: chkdsk /f pala pag dos mode

kung makuha sa baklas ,linis(eraser method),kabit malamang sa RF ang bagsak dahil nga pla sa sinumpaang salaysay mo,due to not proper shuting down,which is pwede may madamay na hardware jan,sana nga lang wla,sa tingin ko reformat na lang tapos gamit na recovery tool ni pareng google,wait natin mga sisters natin bka my mas madaling gawin na sugestion nila

Second repair options nadadala yan. Pangit minsan yung expand command bumabalik sa default yung mga link kaya dami rin aayusin.

TS gawin mo na muna suggestion ni master hengil para atleast me copy ka ng mga files mo. At least sigurado ito. Kapag ok na ,do na restoring options kung kakayanin. Last option na yung reformat.

ganito rin problem nung isang bangungot na pc ng client ko... nung dinala sakin sabi corrupted daw yung hdd. pagcheck ko my lumalabas nga na corrupted message. Try ko RF di tumutuloy BOSD sya pag nagloload ng OS. Hugot ako ng working HDD with wxp OS, pag papasok na sa windows BOSD na. Palit RAM, VCARD, IDE cable ganon pa din. binaklas ko yung mobo ayun putok na pala mga caps na 6.3V ata yun yung nakapaikot sa heatsink.
