CDR-KING 500W 12v to 220V inverter.

may el cheapo na inverter ako na nabili sa cdr-king

the problem is
* pag power on pa lang ON na agad yung fan. maingay.
* sa bench supply ko, fed with 12v, nasa .70 Amps agad.
* no load voltage is 245 volts (fluke 187 true rms)

pwede ba ito i-reverse engineer?

mataas talaga idle current niyan sis martin, doon naman sa maliliit, nasa 0.3A din ang idle. 'yan din sana ang gustong babaan ng boss ko para sa poultry niya (para tipid sa baterya kung idle naman), pero ginamit na rin as is.

ang typical output nito is modified sine (30-120-30).

nag-iisip kasi ako na gumawa ng modified sine pero kung mura lang nman at ok yung sa CDRK dun na lang ako...may magandang casing pa...

sis baka plan mo dissect yan ha...

pasilip naman ng loob...;D

matagal din pala turn on time nya parang 200-500 ms?
di ko na measure yung time.

it's a cheapo inverter kay masaya na din ako for backup power lang naman.
kunan ko soon yung internal nya soon as ma install ko itong isang inverter sa office.

Find a UPS like the APC na giveaway na ang price. malamang batterya ang problemo o kaya ang charger. Use it in your car. No need for batt and no need for charger. continous yun kung sa car batt mo na.
Yung price sa CDR is really cheap...P750 ata yung 500W.

10 to 15 mins. kahit full charge battery. napaka sensitive ng APC. sa density pa lang ng wire dapat malaki talaga. unless mag warning beep na agad.

Tita BK, hindi po pwede yan... I have APC UPS here at the office after 15 minutes nag AUTO shutdown na sya kahit Full charge... I believe meron thread dito na ni reverse Engineer nya noon yung UPS para maging constant ang supply

yung mga version na sumisindi ng walang 220v supply (luma na), kayang umandar continuously.

eto yung gamit namin sa road test dati (kinabit sa batt ng L300), TV at panghinang ang load, running from lunch 'til midnight sa tabi ng sementeryo sa Dau. ;D

oops... thanks mga nieces ko.....di ko binanggit na may time our and UPS. kailangan e disable to pero e retain yung feature na shut down kapag crtical V na ang batterya.

Well, oscillator lang naman talaga ang basic principle pero may mga sensors nga lang. Yjng sa Alexan kit na nagawa ko nung araw, ganun nga. Yng naman waveform, depends kung saan gagamitin. Yung mga switching supply ng computers for example, dini DC naman yun tapos re-oscillated. prolemo kung kung may mga tansformers involved. Kung solder iron, no problem din. Or ilaw. For 220 flourescents, may 12V ballast naman, no need for inverter. I have a big one atg home . aayusin ko pa. YUASA ang brand gamit namin dati sa office.

Caution lang if it matters to you- lahat ng nakita kong inverter sa CD-R King ay 50Hz only.
