Hmm mas mabuti pa pala sa akin at high settings lang gumagana, maybe. Pero nagbabaga na handle kaya ayun nakatabi naghihintay mas pumasok sa utak kung ano ang dahilan. Kaya naiisip kung lagay na lang sa dimmer.

Hmm nagaganap na rin pala sa iyo problem ko rin sa hot air ko, na almost full setting na yung pot bago gumana kaso nagbabaga naman yung heating element sa handle.



diac yan sis db3, meron nyan sa mga philips cfl bulb isang piraso.

Same pala tayu ng probs..anu kaya trigger voltage ng diac na yun? 32v?

ayun sa datasheet Vbo 32 and 40V.


Natingga lang yung hotair ko nagkaganun na. I suspect nga yung db3 kasi yun naman ang trigger para gumana yung triac ba yun. At baka tumaas yung on trigger niya . Kaso pinalitan ko galing sa cfl bulb na db3 ganun pa rin.

nyak! try mo palitan ng TRIAC..if same pa rin palitan mo na hotair..if ganun pa rin palit ka na technician..:P

Bakit naman yung triac? Eh nag-iinit naman yung heating element. Ano ang posibleng paliwanag dun kung sakali?

Kaya sakin trace ko buong ckt para ma analyze mo yung operation...pero nothing unusual naman simple heater controller pa rin concept..
