Mya nakakalimutan ang students rin minsan sa pag gawa ng thesis, di naman ganun ka complicated talaga dapat... gusto nyo madaling thesis pero talagang mag-iisip ka? gawan nyo ng workbook yung trainer ng e-gizmo.. umpisa sa basics ng i/o hangang sa paggamit ng communication protocols..

kailangan mo lang ay mga ito..

2x motor with encoders
gyro and accelerometer
microcontroller
motor controller (yung driver nya!)
power supply (gumamit ka baterya)
2x wheels

o yun lang, mahal na kung abutin ka ng 10k nyan.. ang height lang nyan ay 1' to 1.5'... before ka amgsabi mahal, dapat inisip mo muna ano ba materials na dapat dun..

hello po, i`m a 5th yr ece student, bka nmn po may maisa suggest kau saken na topic na related sa course ko? khit anu po tapos po mgbigay n dn po kau ng description bkit po xa magandang i thesis, at ung expected price n magagastos if gawin xa, ang range po is 10k-20k ang price na pinakamahal., at least 5 topics po para pg na reject ung isa, may back up pa po akong topics., iniiwasan lng po ng prof ko na topic nmin is the robotics, maxado dw po kacng expensive, much better po kung about control systems, automated system at wireless communication po sana ang topic n maibigay nyu, any suggestions po tinatanggap ko, hehehehehe salamat po sa lahat, mabuhay po kaung lahat ))

Pero pwedi naman po yon i-improve or modify para maiba ang application.


Yung self balancing robot nga using gyro ay existing na rin i think as I've seen sa Youtube at Google.

Sorry pero wala adaptive PID. Madali gumawa self balancing using PID, pero adaptive PID? Holy syet, kahit ako di ko pa nakakapa paano umpisahan ang adaptive PID na sa manual tuning pa lang ng PID eh nakaka banas na.

Yan sana ang plan ko kasi marami applications na pwede gamitan kung makakagamit lang talaga ng adaptive PID, ang problema yung mano mano nga na PID eh pahirapan mag-tune at gumawa ng algo kung paano gaano kalaki ang sample na kukunin sa signal, paano pa kaya ang algo sa adaptive PID.

Di pa lahat existing, may mga bagay lang na medyo na-overlook natin... sometimes gusto natin gawin complicated ang mga bagay na alam natin na pwedeng simple lang naman just for the sake na makuha yung output na gusto.

Kaya nga sabi ko dito sa thread di ba, why not create a workbook for the e-Gizmo trainer, marami trainer na nag-eexist, pero ano ang gagawin mo na kakaiba to say na unique ang study and talagang helpful sa learning curve ng students?

Sa engineering kasi solution agad nakikita pero wala problema. Ang nangyayari we are trying to bend the solutions to certain problems na alam natin hindi pwede.

This is your application, pls. tell me san ang modification mo dyan? As a thesis topic di yan acceptable, kasi very broad, you need to narrow your title down, ano ang i-aautomate mo sa bahay mo? Turning on/off ng appliances and lighting?

What makes it unique sa existing na ganyan rin ang applications? webpage interface? streaming video? Kailang gawin mo mas narrow ang title mo or gusto mo gawin na application.

Kahit gaano pa ka simple minsan ang thesis, kahit pa simple na on/off ng water pump, but use a control system that is unique enough to make it energy efficient, then you have a good thesis. Wag nyo kalimutan ang inverter type aircon, very simple idea yet complicated ang system.

I was referring to a thesis that is related to wireless automation using wifi/internet or even through ethernet.
Pwedi na rin remote telemetry.
Broad nga yan para na rin si thesis maker na ang mag-iisip ng specific application na i-control niya depende sa problema sa paligid niya.
At depende na rin sa chairman nila.

You are exactly right master.
At marami na rin mga inventions ng dahil dito. 
So hindi gaanong mali ito dahil the end justifies the means.

I would agree on you sa remote telemetry, pero you need to be more specific pa, bigyan kita example, how about remote sensin (kahit wala control) ng status ng mga motor/boiler/pump etc.. sa isang planta, that is one very good application ng embedded ethernet, overkill para sa pc yet very efficient for an embedded app and utilization of enc. Add ka na lang ng iba pang features.
