based sa PM MO SAKIN SA YAHOO MESSENGER... (don't do that again please)
ayaw mo mag lagay nang separate supply kasi pangit.

ok... then gawin mo is do your measurement when the stepper motor is OFF.
or add ka nang noise filters mo sa load cell and proper solid grounding.

typical conducted noise emanating from motors. try watching TV and start your power drill, since walang measure para bawasan 'yung conducted noise, magugulo 'yung image sa TV. same case in your project.

After 1 minute kailangan imeasure yung current weight.

Since I assume ang output loadcell after amplification goes to the Arduino's A/D converter input, wala kang choice but to connect the same ground to both (with proper routing of course).

However, you can separate the power source ng stepper. Power the stepper motor and its driver from a totally separate power supply from the Arduino and Loadcell. Connect and route the stepper control signals from the Arduino to the stepper motor driver through optocouplers.
