^not necessarily metal films carbon film should do just fine. IRF9530/960 puede diyan kung meron man sa area mo sis.

^not so sure 'bout diyan sis, TL074 are low noise you might as well compare their datasheet pero wala pa ako alam na me gumawa na niyan. Mahirap sa class D ang mga replacement pagkakaalam ko kadalasan sa output FETS at inductor coil ang nagagawan ng paraan... ;D

yun' din kay Diego Salas design yun sis, nag-add na lang ako ng pcb tracks going sa side at star ground link direct using waterproof pentel sa pcb na...pero sis, i do not recommend placing the inductor sa side lalo na dun sa input side, the heat of the inductor can affect nearby components...hindi maganda. Mas maganda ilagay na lang sa baba (near the star ground) or on top ng mga outputs.

Yan din gamit ko yung pinost ni sis flyback.

Honestly mga sis,

Itong 2-sided board design gagawin ko pa lang.. ;D kapag sinipagan po ako.
Yung unang single-sided board na nagawa ko na dati, sonically class AB din ang dating balanse ang highs and lows, tahimik din siya, pero ang gamit kong speakers ay full-range (hindi ko pa ito nasubukan sa sub) Yung mga DIYer sa diysmps.com mga sub ang speakers nila at ayon sa kanila maganda at powerful ang response ng amp. Si Stewin nag-design pa ng bridge mode.

Ang issues naman medyo umiinit ang BDs (totem pole) pero small heatsink lang naman katapat.. ;) Sa inductor depende sa materials na gamit but yung safe & standard ay T106-2 (iron core) or ETD ferrite core with 1mm air gap.

For 200wrms and a -/+40vdc PSU napaka-compact neto.
