http://developer.android.com/index.html -> this is where you can download all the materials needed as well as some basic tutorials
http://www.java2s.com/ -> compilation of android programs can be found here. Kailangan lang maging masipag kapag maghahanap ka

with that and some research maybe you can start programming..

I'm trying out appinventor kaso di naman nadedetect yung phone ko :-\ :( >:(.  Pagtiyagaan ko na lang muna in the meantime yung android phone emulator ng appinventor.
