hindi pwedeng diretso yung motor sa battery, dapat may circuit ka in between to regulate the voltage at capacitor para maistore lahat ng power na nagenerate before doing the conversion.

COEJAYSON,
Solution is to buy a car cellphone charger. 12V nga lang, so you have to series 2 dynamos to get 12V or make your own dynamo. then put diodes para maging dc. stepper motor good candidate, mayroon ako pero P700 bili ko. ikutin mo sa bike but you to modify bracket and ulo where to spin. Better to series 2 bike dynamos.
You can use wiper motor or aircon motor as generator.
generator is DC, alternator AC.

The cheap china charger is good and has contrl for overcharging. anyway, if you have the circuit already...ok. I ave a simple circuit din that will not ruin the cp...if you need it.. I can sell you a stepper pero, yung nga, you have to built the holder to the bike. Yung ulo mukhang pwede na ito dahil may pulley for a flat belt na ma engage na rin sa tire ng bike. Text ka lang...in case.
