manga master sabog ang regulator P6N60FI..

nipalitan ko na pero wala pa rin  power...

may charge nmn yung primary ecaps 220uf/400v.

resoldered ko na rin po primary.

tips nmn poe. thanks!

siguradong sibak din ang PWM nito sir..
check mo na rin ang gate limiter(resistor) ng reg mo.

agree.. malamang sibak ang PWM ic nyan.. dapat palitan narin yan kapag sumabog ang FETs ( o regulator ) para cegurado.

check mo resistors and diode sa primary. ok ang fuse? yung HOT mo ok ba? 8V regulator mo may heatsink na ba?

power supply problem pala eto, concentrate ka muna dyan sis, suyurin muna para sure tayo, regarding sa mga short, leaks, and open component kaya pumutok yan..thanks

check mo sir resistors dyan sa PSU baka nagchange value na, palitan na din mga ecaps dyan sa primary... pero malamang malaking chance ang problema pwm at resistors ito kaya check mo muna mga ito bago magpalit ng reg...

dapat may masukat ka sa pin 7 ng PWM na 18vdc.pinakasimple ang design nito sir kaya di masyadong marami ang parts.pagtuloy tuloy ang pulse sa pin 6 ng ic o walang masukat na boltahe isa lang ibig sabihin fake ang nabili mo.
check mo rin ang zener diode papuntang gate ng reg baka shorted na rin kaya di tutuloy ang pag on nito.

wait lang po d2 manga sis. gagawin ko lahat yang mga suggestion nyo at points nga po pala sa mga nagreply.

update ko po kayo once makalikot ko na ulit yung tv. antay ko pa mei ari kung itutuloy pagawa kac hindi pa binibisita ang tv. para mapresyohan ko na.

manga sis confused ako d2 sa value ng resistor 3517.

3517 = orange, orange, black, gold, violet.

panu po ba coding nito?

33 ohms ba to?

open kac ito eh.

may nakita kc akong diagram sa thread na ito

15 ohms ang nakalagay na value ng resistor 3517.

o review muna:








OK 33ohms nga. iba po yung schematics na post ni sis RunHa. nacheck ko yung pcb iba connection ng mga parts although pareho ng parts no.

yung nirerepair ko nakaparallel yung resistor 3518 at ceramic caps 2518.

at wala sa cuircuit yung ibang cer caps. 2514, 2515.

service manual at schematics yung nasa akin sis mcleod. saka malinaw pa yung color ginamitan

ko po ng magnifying glass.

hanap muna ako resistor. baka bukas na makabili wala ako mbunot d2. service muna ako sa labas.

Salamat. update ko nlng ulit.

mas stable ang 15ohms sir o kaya 18ohms,ito madalas ipalit ko sa 33ohms(fusible resistor).
