QSC Amp PL340 class H 800watt & PL380 class D 1500watt

Hi mga master meron akong service manual nga mga QSC amp gusto ko eh share sa inyo, paki download lng ng link at paki post lng ng mga schematic dko alam eh kasi nka pdf.
PL340 class H rated 800watt per chanel @ 8ohms
pL380 class D rated 1500watt per channel @ 8ohms

mga sir & master sa tingin nyo pwedi ba toh ma clone ang QSC PL340 class H na amp?

Seems to be complicated, but nothing is impossible...You can clone it, I can help you but take all the risk...
It has massive surface mount device (chips) but you can replace it by radial component (ex. standing resistors, etc)...or we can change the PCB pattern to typical component size but it will take time..

I prefer PL340 @ 800w...

It takes 60 Engineers to develop for years this model in the factory, yet you will only clone it in a short time with yourself?..

I think sis we can do it, by substitution of some component. sis na download mo yung files? paki post lng kasi di ako marong mag post and I try many time but it fails, hehehehehehe

Picture even for one page pcb is too large for the canvass. kahit hatiin mo sa apat ay hindi
kaya ng software unless pdf din ang gamitin sa one page posting, but elab dont have capability...anyway,
i'll try to post piece-by-piece pero it maybe low resolution..

Cannot clone the whole unit, you have to disregard unnecessary circuits( ex..XLR input, LED display,
Clip-Limit Processor,etc)..extract only the basic amplifier,Step Driver, Switcher, etc..

that what Im talking about, basic amplifier section at step driver lng ang copyahin natin, gagawa tayo ng sariling nating PCB mula sa Schimatic ng PL340. anung sa tingin mo ricdelros? mga master need your help?

OK! Give me three weeks , extract muna natin ang basic amp pcb from the original, then pwede na natin i-modify ang layout sa gusto mong concept..

thanks sis... pangarap ko talaga maka pag assemble ng QSC class-H Amps, but I don't have enougth time to focus the project, busy kasi sa work...

Paalala lang...Class-H isn't meant for Studio or Hi-END HIFI, but its meant for PA, If you are OK with complexity, you can build this class H, if not, build class AB...the fact is that their Efficiency is good and they sound good but not as good as Class-AB amps.....Class-H is only worth when power output is above 1KW level...at low volume is a piece of over complex box...If the bias was set wrong and they dropped into class B on the lower tier, then they could sounds like cutting mirror...
 The biggest issues with class H design is that most repair techs can not properly repair them.
 So there are service issues that need to be addressed. Class-H amp were really efficient when
 the output voltage swing is about 60% of Full output.....
