Sino po ba dito merong schematic ng relay tester or checker. Need it sa project ko, and I don't know kng what IC I need to use.
Voltage rating of relay that I will be using is 5v and 12v. I want it to automatically switch on and off to test the consistency of relay in latching.

use a continuity tester for the primary and short circuit and open circuit check on the secondary

You can use a 555 timer in either mono or astable modes. These ICs are rated to 15V. Or for latching, use a flip-flop like CMOS 4013 or TTL 74LS74 (5V only). Use a transistor to drive your relay and don't forget the protection diode across the relay coil.

Consistency? by checking the coil if it actuates?
proper testing nang relay is with a milliohm meter. to check kung ok pa yung contacts.
