yun nga first make sure na orig yung unit,

tapos check mo cable, much better kung easy cable gagamitin mo. minsan kasi hirap nung pang 1100 na cable

Try mo din using easy cable... Or check mo yung saksakan ng easy cable baka madumi kaya ayaw din magkonect... yun yung nasa pagitan ng charging pin at headset.
