Basic decade counter using 7 segment and zilog F082A mcu

hi i am new to zilog programming, and i want to learn how to connect 7 segment display
and make a basic decade counter . . but the problem is i don't have any idea on how to this
one,, do i need to use some ttl ic's?

You're from US sir?

You need to have some TTL IC in order to make a MCU based decade counter. All you have to learn it multiplexing. Maybe 74LS47 or a decoder will do.

Meron. Pero, mas maigi kung kayo talaga yung maka-learn. Hanggang saan na po yung knowledge nyo about zilog? Hello world na program, alam nyo na?

yup tapos na po kami nyan . . ung basics lang po sana bout variable declarations. .

kc wala naman manual un zilog nung binili namin . . then hindi pa po ganun ka advance ung mga

Ang hirap sa mga Zilog products ay kaunti lang sa atin gumgamit nito. Kung wala kang idea, gayahin mo mga schematics ng 7-segment displays ng ibang MCUs like PICs. Almost magkahawig naman ang pins. Kaunting common sense lang yan. No need for spoon feeding.

And as to the program code, maraming C language versions ng decimal counters ma gogoogle mo. It's very easy to port to the Zilog MCUs. Again common sense lang din.

Pag na-assemble mo na ang mga items na ito, then saka na lang ikaw mag tanong ng specific questions. This way, mas maraming tutulong sa iyo.

Tama si sir motion. Google it, marami kang makikita dun. Try to connect it by your self then, balik ka dito. About the codes, since alam mo na paano mag hello world, ganoon parin ang decade counters. May idea ka sa C programming? If I am not mistaken, going 5th year kana siguro.
