normally, merong required GWA (from College level), kapag mas mababa doon, minsan merong additional requirements, like additional Letters of Recommendation, etc.

tulad sa UP Open University, kung kukuha ng Master of Information Science, at 'di graduate sa UP, kailangan 2.0 ang GWA. kung below 2.0, kailangan muna kumuha ng Diploma in Computer Science.

pwede siguro kung ayaw sa UP edi sa iba ka kumuha.. dami namang university dyan.... basta ba may pera ka pambayad eh...

Di naman nasusukat sa grades kung gaano kagaling yung kukuha ng graduate degrees. May mga series of interviews at exams pa yan. If ok naman mga interviews at exams mo, pedeng i-consider ang application mo.
