I don't care about the impedance at this point.

kung saan, same devices uses crossover configuration and different devices uses straight.

pero sa panahon ngayon, most devices are designed to work either cross or straight called auto sensing capability.

OT:
mga sir ask ko lang po kung mabilis yung file transfer ex: is 32Gb Pc to laptop using crossover cable. kasi po ginagwa ko lang filetransfer gamit yung router(zykel pldt) medyo mabagal lang siya. mas mabilis po kaya or same lang din kung d-direct ko PC to laptop?

basic math sir... wag muna natin tackle si full or half duplex.

100mbps yung connection. that's megabits.. per second. Zero's and Ones.

let's assume yung data is sent in 8bits plus parity... assuming lang ah. ang byte natin.

11,111,111 BYTES per second ang transfer rates nya... or 11 MB/s (Megabytes per second)

32,000 megabytes... / 11MB/s (Megabytes per second)... 2909 seconds... in about 48 minutes na transfer na yan.

bandwidth nang SATA 2 is nasa 3.0Gigabit per second. SATA 3 is 6Gbps... so better na hard disk to hard disk na lang.
or a faster 1gbps LAN.

kya hard disk to hard disk ang mabilis.
