we never used stainless steel bolts for connecting busbars or electrial connections....

Wuts the use of TORQUE when u just clamping flat surface metal?


U don't use stainless steel screws/bolts in a machine!

U don't use stainless steel screws/bolts in a machine!

stainless steel tends to loosen up in time, that is why only we use those for fastening supports for mechanical parts especially for outdoor installations...

for fastening busbars, high tensile strength carbon steels are used....

the right torque ensures that contact resistance between mating surfaces are as low as low can be...

overtorquing may deform materials such that contact resistance is compromised...

ducter testing is done after torquing to ensure contact resistance specs are met....

ganyan yung ginamit namin sa ginawa naming busbar gutter ng electrical system.
