Very simple, subscribe your landline for an additional call forwarding service and forward your calls to your cellphone if the landline is not answered.  Its that simple.

the caller will be charged higher as compared to the usual charge that applies in making landline to landline calls.

kung ayaw gumamit ng call forwarding, kailangan ng isa pang cellphone or GSM module na pwedeng tumanggap ng voice. (though hindi ko alam kung pwede 'tong gawin indirectly sa software)

then kailangan siyempre ng ring detector (this is a simple circuit). kung naka-set to forward, sasagutin nung cellphone or modem yung call then a tone or recorded voice should remind the caller that he will be forwarded. tapos may AT command to call a number. kailangan connected ang output ng phone sa input ng cellphone and vice versa.

this is not so practical ksi pwede ka nman gumamit ng pldt wireless phone. mas mura pa charge tapos you can use as an ordinary landline.

This maybe possible but difficult.

Depends on the cellular phone, if the audio codec can be accessed using symbian libs or java and can be routed to bluetooth.  Then a bluetooth audio gateway can be used in parallel with the landline.
