Sino rin sa inyo ang nag try gumawa nito?



Ung diode hindi ko na maalala original value 1N94? ba un. Pero I think kahit 1N4148 will work.
Napagana ko sya when I was in college. Lakas pa signal ng Radio Veritas nun. ;D

Hindi ko na maalala ung value nun ang tagal na kasi. Pero crystal din sya. Ang kailangan lang nman me diode para marinig mo ung audio sa speaker.

Ginawa ko rin palamuti yan sa loob ng bahay nilagyan ko ng switch para iselect from speaker to LED. Kumukuti kutitap sa dilim pag patay na ilaw.

Yes Sir free electricity yan pero di ko inisip that time kung paano magagamit pang charge ng cellphone,kasi nga pala di pa nman uso cellphone nun ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Mahina lang nman kasi signal voltage para magamit sa iba, the only thing it can do ay patunugin ng mahina ang speaker or magpa ilaw ng LED. That time sa area namin very strong ang signal ng veritas at pati radyo ng Bayan sagap din. Kaya very clear ung jingle ng veritas 846 na me backround news ng radyo ng Bayan. ;D

Cat Whisker is another popular term during that time, 1N34 is a scaled down version of OA90 Germanium diode about the size of a coffee bean.


this will work fine if you're located very near the transmitter site & maybe to a few kilometers farther,..

a tuned crystal set on the other hand offer much better sensitivity & selectivity.

Our house is about 4 km away from the nearest transmitter and about 6km away from the second.

Na try ko rin itong tuned circuit, this is also good pero malaki ihihina ng signal going thru the headphone/spk. But this gives u selectivity,hindi na gaano nagsasabay un 2 signal.

Oo, nakakagulat no? 50w 8 ohms na speaker ang gamit ko nun,kaya talaga eh. Pero syemre mahina sound parang bulong lang ,pag tinabi mo tenga mo dinig na dinig sya ..clear. ;D
