1.   Enrollees will send his/her ID number, type of transaction, amount to pay, cash in hand via sms.
The type of transaction will be in a form of a code. We will ask the cashier for the list of transaction in their office and will make a code for it. Example, for enrollment it will be E000 or for paying other fees like for getting a TOR it will be T000. There will also be a format in texting. For example, ID NUMBER<SPACE>TRANSACTION CODE<SPACE>AMOUNT<SPACE>CASH IN HAND.

2.   GSM module will process the receive sms and sends it to the server.
The received sms will be turned into data that will be needed by the server. If the text format is invalid or the cash in hand is not greater or equal to the amount to be paid, it will automatically send a notification to the enrollee via sms also. If it is valid, it will be forwarded to the server.

3.   Server will check the data in its database.
The server will then check if the ID number is valid. If valid, the assessment of the student will be retrieve.  It will be then checked if the amount that the enrollee has send is the equal or greater than the required down payment or if it’s full payment. If it’s not, the server will notify the GSM module to send a sms notification to enrollee about it. If it’s ok, the enrollee will then be added to the queue and his name will be added to display module if his in the first 10 on the list already since we can’t display all names when there are so many enrollees. The server will then generate a ready-to-print receipt that includes the items in the assessment that the student has paid (down payment) or all the items in the assessment (full payment). That is if the transaction is enrollment. If the student is only paying other fees, the process will be the same although all items will be included to the ready-to-print receipt. This data will then be send to the cashier’s pc.

4.   The cashier receives the data and processes the transaction.
The list of the students on queue will be present in the cashier’s pc along with their ready-to-print receipt. The cashier will just select it and click ok to print it when the student has given his/her cash in hand and received its change. The enrollees account will then be automatically adjusted. The cashier can then proceed to next student on queue. also the display module will be adjusted.

yong school lang dapat may bank account (4-5 different banks) at dito nyo ibabayad ang tuition at kukunin ang resibo as per school bank acct. no. deposit.

oo, pwede naman niya bayaran anytime kung may time na ang enrollee at pwede rin bayaran ng tatay o nanay niya sa probinsya txt nalang nila yong receipt number.

idea ko po?bala ko nga po sana visual basic sa programming pero di pa ako marunong..alam ko lng is c++ and java. then sa database ng server, pwede kaya MS SQL? yun po sana..

if you really want to go on with this idea, try to be familiar first with the GSM module using hyperterminal.

then, instead of VB, use C#. since may Java background ka marereuse mo ito kahit papaano.

gagamitin mo din yun para kausapin yung gsm modem. at kapag nagawa mo na ang magsend, magbasa, magdelete, etc ng SMS sa hyperterminal (o kahit anong terminal software), pwede ka nang magprogramsa visual C# para iautomate na ang magsend, magbasa, magdelete, etc ng SMS.

yup..nagcacanvass na po ako kung san mkakabuy ng gsm module..im thinking din gumamit muna ng cp as modem for the mean time,pwede kaya yun? ty nga po pala sa link.

again kung 1 lang ang device mo na ganito eh PIPILA ka pa din like ATM Machine na araw ng SAHOD eh madami napila para mag withdraw.

Sa ATeno, enrollment is all done via the internet. You just go and pay dahil di ma internet ang cash o checke. Later . ok siguru credit card.
