Linta o Leech Theraphy

Nakita ko lang ito one time somewhere in Quezon Province....me mama dun medyo me edad na sya pipasipsip nya tuhod nya at joint sa me talampakan ng linta.  Anya nawawala daw sakit ng Athritis nya pag ginagawa nya yon.  One time I struck a conversation before with my ex-gf doc. a colleague of hers confer to this idea of treatment.  Effective daw ito sa mga diabetic patients na me mga gangrene or nana sa paa.  Effective din daw ito sa mga blood clots elimination.  Tutoo nga kaya?  Share ninyo naman mga thoughts nyo about this please... ;)

Ginagamit talaga ito sa medical kaya meron silang tinatawag na laboratory or medical leech. Satin yata ang tawag dito eh limatik.


Pero yung sa athritis medyo duda ako kasi nagsosolid yan sa mga joints paano yun masisipsip ng linta?

i've had bad experiences with leaches, one time naligo ako sa ilog, ng may kumapit na leech sa binti ko, hindi ko yun namalayan hanggang, nakita nung kasama ko, nagpanic ako kaagad at nagtalon talon ;D ;D ;D

^ sabonin mo lang linta next time or apog tangal na agad yan.  Or you can try if available turmeric powder...budburan mo tatangal agad. ;D

Sabi rin ng officemate ko, meron daw itong taglay na anticoagulant para mabilis nila masipsip ang dugo. Mabuti raw itong gamutan sa may mga bara sa ugat :)

^ dalawang species nyan ang common dito sa amin, yung maitim na kasing taba ng daliri "lintang kalabaw" kung tawagin dito, yung isa naman payat na greenish ay "LImatik" madalas sa mga dahon at pag nakaramdam ng malapit na biktima pumipitik at kakapit sa tao o hayop.
