I think the title should be modified and clarified.
To become a certified electronics engineer skill is not needed, you need only to pass the board exams given by PRC. If you pass the board exams then you are a "certified" and "duly registered" electronics engineer. Not unless the boss will give you the certification of being a certified electronics engineer and probably the 'smartest' in the company then skill is a big issue for boss requirements. He will trade-off his "first son" for a vulcan of engineers and programmers.

A: The most important factor that you need to know which being a successful engineer someday are not the tools u mastered, the techniques u develop, the technology u conquer, or even the single solution of solving the navier-stokes hypothesis that u have but rather the - quality of yourself - Engineers are never satisfied, they want more and more..more learning, more technical experience, they tend to die more with their designs, trading-off their soul just only to received the characters in the hyper-terminal, etc. which sumtyms they forget their proper conduct if it is still worthy or not and later realizing he forget how to live..It is always been the will and the determination "inside" that makes people success but let's not forget that we are humans and where we came from.
