mobot is short for mobile robot.
it is a robot that can navigate from one point to another in a given environment.
it can be autonomous or remote controlled.
the common example of a mobot is the line tracing mobot

basically, meron sensor that serve commonly as an eye of the mobot, a microcontroller for interpreting the sensed environment and for motor driver, and motors for locomotion. of course meron din power supply.
the microcontroller is the brain of your mobot for its navigation.

salamat sa info. search ko sa internet ang mobot nahirapan akong makakuha ng info. Ito pala yung "line follower robot" sa internet, mas malinaw na po ngayon, salamat ulit .

Mobots are Robots on wheels...
And a more advance form of a Mobot maybe called a Rover Robot.. like the mars rover..

mobots are not just robots on wheels. isa lang ang wheels na pwedeng gamitin sa locomotion ng mobot.
eto ung tatlong locomotion
*wheels
*tracks
*legged

ah yan pala ang mobot.hehe mas magandang pakinggan ang mobot kesa line follower. mobot pala yung pinakaunang nagawa ko using f84. npakasimple nung design, buti gumana. hehe MoBOT.

mobot is a general term, coined losely among students and hobbyist. A line follower is just one of the many possible mobots
