isama mo na rin icheck resistors sa feedback path,

malamang separate winding xa nagsesense ng feedback, mauumpisa yun sa transformer(primary), papunta sa feedback input ng IC mo.

ah ok po i-check ko po..pued po mag-ask uli kc aside from the power supply section may problem na rin ung auto-attendant napaos po... i mean ung recorded voice paos na po ung naririnig..san po kya ang problem nun? :)

we are using FORTH DAT-800A automated attendant, nakakabit po sa pabx via two extension ports,bale po sabay lng nagkaproblem saka ung power supply

Sorry sir but I'm not familiar with the system, power electronics lang expertise ko,

But in principle, a good power supply must protect its load line and load failures. In the event that the power supply is the one that has the problem, it must fail gracefullly.

Again that's a good power supply. ;D

so my optocoupler pala, meaning ang feedback eh hindi nanggaling sa isang winding kundi from secondary.

ok lng po yan as long as hindi nagbago yung resistors after nung opto coupler.
