research ka paano gumawa ng resistor ladder network (this will serve as your ADC)
or if you prefer buy ka nlng ng ADC.
input mo audio signal mo sa ADC mo (don't forget lagyan ng zener diode or protection in case mag-over ung voltage mo)
mas maganda kng gamitan mo ng audio matching transformer para ma isolate ung circuit mo sa audio amp mo (safer at an
expense)
xempre, LED ung mga output mo.. Iba2hin mo lng un colors para cool..hehe
seriously search mo lng google kng ano ang mga color ng LED na ginagamit sa VUmeter
