gumagawa ka ata ng machine shop sa bahay. hehehe.

ingat lang lagi sa cutting disc (lalo pag pwinepwersa), masakit 'yan pag nadudurog at lumilipad. ;D

@rdpzycho : di naman. Mahilig din ako sa power tools. Pag napupunta ako sa mga malls, lagi akong dumadaan sa hardware, tingin tingin. Meron na ako mumurahing drill press. Sa may quiapo ko nabili. Baka nga yun na yung T.Alonzo eh. Di ko lang alam pangalan ng street.

kapag matagal na, hindi na pwede i-edit 'yung post.

masaya rin mag-mod ng PC, pero hindi ko na nagagawa. masyado ng busy. hehehe. 'yung T. Alonzo, 'yung din 'yung kalsada na maraming Aluminum and Metal Supply. ang Mill Supplies naman nasa malapit pa sa Escolta na side (sa may Dasmarinas St. sa Binondo marami na ring Mill Supply).

kaya kailangan laging may suot na goggles at makapal na clothing (pero hindi komportable 'yun hehe). malambot naman 'yung pinuputol, pero kapag sa metal sheets na madalas mabasag ang cutting discs kapag mali ang angle ng cutting. 'yun ang medyo masakit kapag natamaan.

yup. everytime na gumamit ako ng cut-off disks eh naka-safety glasses na ako. maingay pag sa aluminum gamitin yung cut-off disc. Kailangan lang walang side-pressure sa disk kundi, basag agad aabutin nyan. kaya good idea yung rail-guide na ginawa nya

Pag nagsimula ako sa manhattan(-style) project ko, ganyan din ang approach na gagamitin ko sa pag-cut ng PCB strips.

yung blade nyan ilalagay sa mounting type na Universal motor tapos lalagyan ng adjustable guide at metal feeder para di prone ang kamay :D tapos ieenclose sya tapos may acrylic glass window at may ilaw sa loob "superbright led's" :D

saan po nakakabili ng ganyang blade? anong tawag dyan? :D

meron nga pala yung S.O.S dito saamin na table saw yung parang pangputol ng sliced bread ;D may bala sya na similar sa blade ng hacksaw tapos gumagalaw taas baba tapos may nasa table na din sya "may sariling table parang gamit talaga sa machine shop" di ko lang matandaan yung brand pero marami pa sila iba ibang power tools na ganun brand bale 6.2K yung price :o
