Anong gamit ninyong tools or software sa PCB design?

Ang gamit ko is ExpresspcB at manual na pentel pen drawing sa PCB  .. Yung iba diyan preferred pa rin yung masking tape at cutter at yung iba naman gusto yung presensetized na PCB.

baka gusto nyo ring itry yung Pad2Pad... may auto route yan pero kailangan syempre lagyan ng netlist...

may nabasa din akong article sa net, ginanagamit ang photopaper or matte photopaper. kailangnan nga lang ng laser printer. ganito yung ginagawa nila:

1. after makagawa ng layout sa kahit anong software (expresspcb, proteus....),
2. ipiniprint yung mirror image sa photopaper,
3. tapos ipaplantsa yung layout sa malinis na PCB.
4. Para masiguro yung linis, ginagamitan pa nga acetone para siguradong walang pawis o finger prints sa PCB.
5. Pagnasiguro na na nalipat na yung layout sa PCB, ibinababad sa tubig hanggang maalis yung paper side ng photo paper. Pagkalipas ng ilang sandali, tinatangal na yung makapal na side ng paper tapos patuloy pa din yung pagbabad.
6. Gagamitin yung hinlalaking daliri sa pagkuskus ng natitirang papel.
7. Tapos makikitang maiiwan na lamang ang pattern sa PCB.
8. Pagnatangal na ang lahat ng papel, pwede na itong ibabad sa etching solution.
9. Pagkatapos, tsaran! tapos na....

yun nga lang di ko pa yan nagagawa kasi wala akong laser printer. hehehe
ano bang nilalaman ng toner ng laser printer at naililipat ito sa PCB kung pinaplantsa?

Print muna yung pattern ng express PCB sa coupon bond.. Then ipapatong mo yung pattern sa PCB, tapos drill the component holes based dun sa pattern.. Finally, i-copy mo yung PCB pattern by using the pentel pen on top of the copper trace muhahahaha  ..

Mas madali kung ipa-xerox na lang yung PCB pattern ng Express PCB sa acetate tapos gamit ka ng presensetized na PCB from Alexan

since hindi ako gaano gumagawa nito if personal use lang pwede kahit na anong pcb software design as long it works ang nasubok ko na maganda itong presensitized pcb, print lng sa printable transparent material ang design sa ink or laser printer and expose lng sa florescent lamp for 10 to 15 min. with the presensitized pcb depend sa distance ng exposure and walaa! may clean and good looking pcb design ka na and proceed the rest of procedure.

nakakita na ako ng na-etch na PCB using presensitized board. Hanep ang linis talagang tingnan at mukhang pam-profesyunal ang dating. da best gamitin kung gusto mo ibenta ang ginawa mong proyekto.

Kahit anung software basta nakasanayan na ok lang,,but transferring your cad drawing to actual pcb clad for reproduction is another thing..

dati expressPCB din gamit ko. pero tinesting ko Cadsoft Eagle, freeware din pero may size limit. sa una medyo mahirap pero mga after 2 days of struggle medyo bumilis na ang paggawa ko (may auto-route - although di ko siya ginagamit, nagpoproduce ng gerber files). daming script files, pwede rin 3d rendering using Povray

Which of them is best for single sided boards or non-plated thru boards? I am looking for one that has large IC pads so that they don't delaminate easily.

palagay ko yung toner ng laser printer e kaparihas ng toner ng xerox machine(powder copy)

meron akong bagong ngayon ,bili ka ng sticker paper tapos dun mo i-print ang layout tapos idikit mo sa
PCB tapos tanggalin ang hindi kaliangan tapos, tapos Na!!

pcb design is my bread and butter.. i've used different software tools like CR5000/Zuken, Cadence Allegro and Protel99SE.  currently using, Protel, will be migrating to Altium Designer sometime in the future depending on the budget.. 

one thing is for sure, all their auto routing and auto placement feature sucks!  there is no better way to route a pcb but to do it manually

pre, maganda ang appearance ng 3D. Paano ba gawin yan sa povray? Madali lang ba? any skill required para makagawa ako nyan?
