pwede kaya bilad sa araw ang kabilang side w/ heatsinks tapos heat insulate ang other side ano sa palagay nyo ate?

Ako nga iyan!  Bakit ibibilad sa araw?  Ako nga takot maarawan.  Peltiers need DC current to operate, hindi basta painit mo isang side, lalamig sa kabila.  Ganun ba tanong mo?
