Please advise which tone control is better?

Hi po sa lahat gandang araw sa inyo...

tanong ko lang po ano mas maganda tone control na IC base or ung multi stage na descrete?

in regards of bass quality and high(tweeter) quality...

and also I saw some tone control with hanging capacitors... sabi ng may.ari para daw maenhance yung bass tsaka tweeter nya.... pano po ba yun? anong values ng mga capacitor tsaka anong type dapat? ceramic or mylar?
