Trainer's Methodology (TM) - Its a weeklong seminar which will discuss basically the CBLM (Competency Based Learning Methods or Materials basta yun). Which is Tesda's standard/approach in training they're trainees. You will be evaluated/assessed after the seinar, you also have to complete your own CBLM. note that you must be an NC II to take TM. you need this if you are to teach in a TESDA school. As for the Assessors' Methodology you will review the competency in which you would want to be an assessor. A week long seminar din and workshop tapos assesment. Required that you are TQ1 for this. Currently Assessor: PC Operations NCII and Computer Hardware Servicing NCII (Inactive)(Im quite disappointed though with the standards of tesda when i took these certifications - I mean it needs to be reviewed and set up to date. I mean win98? C'mon office 2000? how about linux? anyways sa bicol yun, im not sure with other regions and provinces)
