pinaka the best na try kong pang etch ay.. 1 part Muriatic acid and 2 part Hydrogen Peroxide..

Yep I tried that one already. Yung reaction kasi ng muriatic acid, hydrogen peroxide at copper metal dun sa pcb nakakawa ng Cupric Chloride ( greenish solutions ).. Tapos yung "Cupric Chloride" kakainin nila yung iba pang copper na nakadikit sa PCB mo..

Ang downside niya is bumabagal ang reaction habang kumakain ng copper metal yung Cupric Chloride kasi na-co-convert sila sa Cuprous Chloride ( olive brown stuff )..  Para makapag-etch ka ulit kailangan mag-supply ka na naman ng HCL at Hydrogen Peroxide in the correct proportion para ma-convert mo yung Cuprous chloride into Cupric Chloride ( green solutions )..

Yep yan nga ang reason kung bakit hindi pwedeng ma-reuse ang cupric chloride kasi kailangan mo pa na mag-add ng tamang concentration ng HCL at H202.

Much cheaper pa kung gawin mo yung ginagawa namin ni mod. "marcellino" yung homemade ferric chloride hehehehe..

ay talga... isipin nyo ang 1liter na HCl cost PhP 50 at sandakot lang na pako. plus ilang tulo lang ng H202 tapos na...
hehehe

Nga pala, bumili ako ng sealable na pitcher, yung rectangular na slender. tapos dun ko ilalagay ang 1 liter na FeCl ko.
lalagyan ko din ng aerator para di na ako mag-aagitate...  pag ginamit ko na, pipicturan ko, para makita nyo! hehehe

bumili nalang kayo ng powdered FECL. i bought 1 kilo once and it lasted over a year. it cost 85-90 pesos yata. Just add water and its ready to use  ;D

ei, nagtry ako nito... ngayon lang... as in, kakatapos ko lang...

grabe pala ang hydrogen edition nito! sakit sa ulo! hehehe
