As per PEC kasi eh yung mga ilaw eh consider 100watts each yung outlet naman eh 180watts/socket so 360watts. anu bang tamang value na ilagay ko sa computation? As per computation eh inabot ng 60mm2 ang supply cable eh. Pano yung derating factor? Napakalaki nung lumabas sa tawas na size ng service entrance cable at main circuit breaker eh...
PEC is using the VA/sq.m method to compute for Gen. Lighting and Outlet, aside from the Small Appliance and Laundry Circuit. All loads must be expressed in VA so that you can compute for the load amperes in a straight forward manner. PEC has a table for the load amperes of motors for their corresponding Hp size. C.O are rated at 180VA (up to three CO in one strap), if these receptacles are not covered by the computation for Gen. Lighting and CO.
From your floor plan, I would have the following circuits:
GF: 1 LO, 2 CO
2F: 1 LO, 1CO
LAUNDRY: 1
SMALL APPLIANCE LOAD: 1
ACU: 3
Check Appendix D3 of PEC for sample computation.
You need a PEE to sign this, so perhaps you can ask the same PEE to guide you about the computation. Every PEE has different approach and style.
PS. I stand corrected about the "derating factor". It should be "demand factor".
