FEMALE engineers

We all know that engineering is a field predominated by men. For all female engineers out there, how do you feel being in a field dominated by men? Do you have any experiences of discrimation or anything like that? How do females make their reputations in this field? In what way do you think women engineers are superior to men? Also to the men, honestly, what do you think of your female equals? I'm not really sexist but I know it's reality. Just curious. Please share some your esperiences regarding this.  :)

no offense meant, kung magkakaroon ng team of engineers/programmers, minsan better talaga na lalake ang main planner or lead. in general kasi, males tend to look at the whole thing (forest) and females tend to look at the details (trees). pero hindi naman laging ganun ang case.

@iska, i assume student ka palang ngayon. advice ko, be competent in anyway you could. eto ay from academic to extracurricular. makakatulong to in the future.

female engineers? I find them extremely sexy... :-*

downside: physically weak but generally not an issue...

performance wise... be it male or female... it is always the knowledge and experience that counts...
on my experience... i can say ... or rate the female engineers as our "equal"....

and... they are absolutely sexy....  :-*  ;D ;D ;D
Hooray to the female engineers!!! :-*
