If I am not mistaken, the 192 is a shift register. may data in at clock input. When a data + or - is inputted, the clock will "push" in around the output ports. The time a port is on depeends on the clock delay.

Ison sister. i also googled it and I realized I mistook for the 162 we use as a decoder in RC. We also us the Johson counter 4017, jk fliop flop 7473, shift register CD4015.

Am now working ona digital clock using the 74HC390 that is a dual 7090 and the 4040.They are also counters decimal to binary.
