i-eevaluate natin ung skills u.. then saka natin pag-usapan ung salary pag umabot mga qualifications u..

May mga members na nag pass na ng resume nila.. and the evaluation is still under process.. but anyway

I had post and advertised the job in here for the purpose of giving chance to others who wish to

enter the R&D field.. and I received a lot of responses.. some are willing.. others are not.. ung iba naman

salary na agad ung tinatanong on the spot.. mayabang talaga ang dating akala mo naman sobra sobra ang

pagiging magaling..

actually dito pa lang sa forum nalalaman na natin talaga kung fit ung attitude niya sa

R&D.. the "elab forum" is a good way for me to look best people who are really "qualified" for the job..

I have the right job for him and for her.. at the right time.. and this is why I am looking for the "right

person" ..

The job is serious.. and what all this thread is looking is " SERIOUS APPLICANTS !! "
