Sana meron tayong makuhang tamang schematics. Wala akong makunan kasi. Iniisip ko kasi we will make new thread entitled "Konzert 502 Amp Dissected" Tapos pagtutulungan natin i-dissect/analize. I-identify ang weak points kung meron man then come up with ways to improve it.

This will be a "learning journey" for all of us where I am sure many of us would like to take part and where many of us would like to contribute para marami ang makakabenefit.

There was another thread related to quiescent current adjustment wherein somebody broguht up the idea of dissecting an amp. This can be a good starting point.

sir sabi nyo bago mag power On...possible po ba sana habang nagooperate o umaandar? namomonitor nya ang status ng amp? kasi pag medyo matagal na ang andar at umiinit na doon na nasisira,nasusunog.

tingnan mo na lang ang toroidal transformer nito,

the rms supply is within +/-35v to +/-36v
yan ang voltage of potential nyan

for 8 ohm spaker

Power= ExE/8 ohm

Power= 36vx36v/8 ohm

Power= 1296/8 ohm

Power= 162watts

162 watts both L/R pero pag gnamitan mo ng 4 ohms magiging double ito maging 324 watts both L/R.

The way I see it the real RMS power ouput is this:

Supply voltage = +36 / -36V:

This means for a sinewave signal the maximum positive swing is +36V and the maximum negative swing is -36V (assuming rail to rail ang swing.)

This means the maximum peak voltage is 36V. The RMS value is 36 x 0.707 = 25.45V rms. This the maximum rms value you can get out of the output.

So P = (ExE)/R = 25.45 x 25.45 / 8 ohms = 80.97W rms for one channel - BUT this is assuming rail to rail voltage of +/-36V and 100% efficiency from the output stage. In reality you can not get 100% efficiency and you don't get rail to rail output swing. So maybe you just get 60Wrms to 70Wrms per channel into 8 ohms.

Amp - I think na overlook mo lang yung +/-36V supply is actually the peak voltage of the output sinewave signal. Cheers.

oo nga sir woots eh.. minsan iba iba rin ung formula nila sa pagkuha ng real RMS ng 502a..

hay guguluhan tlga ko.. pero sa 3.5k, pwde na toh pang bugbugan indoor and outdoor.. tama match lang ng speaker and some added stuff to maximize ung ganda ng tunog.. for hataw na to..

3.4 ko lang nakuha to, pero cgro mas mababa pa price nila, un nga lang xmpre kailngan rin nila tumubo..

nakita ko nrin yang sakura5023 sir.. 600+600 watts daw sir.. exagerated naman maxado to compare sa 502a?? mas gusto kc sir ung front face ng 502a medjo pro ng konti ang dating.. for me lang ha.. ok na muna to sakin sir sa ngayon pang indoor/outdoor application.. pero sakin nasa bakuran dito sa tapat namin nkalagay ung special speaker koh.. bkuran-bakod-kalsada kaya nasabi ko naring pang outdoor.. bili nalng ako ng 350-400watts 12" woofer..
