Help on Telephone Cabling Design
« on: April 27, 2011, 10:55:33 PM »
Hi guys..meron kaming upcoming project in which aayusin namin ang layout ng telephone cables ng isang school. Bale trabaho ko ang gumawa ng design based on the following specs:

1. Malinis ang pag latag, from distribution line down to terminals
2. Economic/cost efficient design
3. Future Proof (we are planning to implement a LAN which will utilize the lines as well).

Eto yung questions ko po:

2. Masyadong limited ang knowledge ko regarding cabling and PABX. Where's the best site to learn? Been using google and youtube but gs2 ko ring i consult yung mga tao dito.

when we design this kind of system
hiwalay ang voice and data
may kanya kanyang silang cable

does it mean hindi iba sila ng dadaanan or are we talking about two separate cables running on the same path?

^ depende sa inyo 'yan. pwedeng mag-run on different pipes o patakbuhin sa isa. depende kasi sa complexity nung ire-rewire at kung may provision pa 'yung building for additional pipes.

with new installations and new buildings, pwede ka pa talagang pumili. pero kung may previous installation na, madalas kailangan mo na lang sundin.

I think eto talaga ang mag papahirap. The reason they want to rewire is because wlang proper wire management. Basta2 nalang pinadaan sa ceiling etc. Based from what we heard, gusto nila na parang hindi magiging sagabal ang wires sa paningin

detachable type is also called drop ceiling
yung ganito

kung ganyan ang ginamit
wala ka nang gaanong sakit ng ulo
as you can see, it is very easy hehehe
sa mga offices usually ganyan
