How to develope uCGUI with STM32 and Keil?
« on: April 08, 2012, 07:54:33 PM »
Friends,

How can I develope my own uCGUI for STM32 ?
I bought from China : STM32 HY-MINI STM32V Development Board with STM32F103VCT6

I found this :
uCOSII2.91+UCGUI3.90A in example directory but when I compile it with keil, the hex file is 689K, how can I upload it into flash ?
because the flash is only 256K?

And how to create my own UI with uCGUI ?
I read some information in uC-GUI_user.pdf,
It gives me some explaination on creating library, but I haven't understood completely,
Anyone have experience ?

Thanks

Hello,  its nice you have this development board.  Puwede pa share naman ang picture, at pati na din code, para iyong mga knowledgeable sa STM32 makikita nila ang iyong code, from there ................ we'll see.   baka ikaw pa lang ang mayroon niyan  ; :)

The real hardcore is that, STM32 is not simple to learn (personally experienced) as compared with 8 bit MCU like 8051, AVR, PIC, EMC, etc.. it is of different platform, like learning a new language.  You need sometimes to learn it, learn and be able to understand, write your own code according to your understanding, then you can make an applications.   Even to start blinking an LED is a huge learn and understanding to me (personally as experienced) specially if you keep carrying the experienced with 8 bit MCUs.

I guess,  to start developiog your interface is to check first if you know how the TFT LCD works,   I believed your LCD comes with ILI9230 (which is popular), what is the touch screen IC?
